Terms of Service

The Service

ModelRouters provides an OpenAI-compatible API for accessing hosted language models. You access the Service using an API key issued to your account. You are responsible for keeping your API key secret; any usage authenticated with your key is your responsibility.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person or entity may not operate multiple accounts to abuse free trials or evade limits.

Trial & billing

New accounts receive a free trial grant of tokens valid for a limited time, with no card required. Continued full access requires a paid subscription of $6/month, billed through Stripe. Your card statement will show “COMPLEX QWEN.” Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Generate or distribute content that sexually exploits minors, or that facilitates violence, harassment, or fraud.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute raw API access in a way that circumvents per-account limits without our written consent.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you use. Model outputs may be inaccurate; do not rely on them as professional advice.

Rate limits & availability

We may apply rate limits, prioritize paid traffic, and modify or discontinue features to maintain reliability. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Complex AI, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
